Role Summary
Provide legal, governance, and compliance services across ORDA and its IGAs to safeguard the organization

Key Functions

• Provide legal advice and ensure regulatory and donor compliance

• Support governance systems, board processes, and ethical standards

• Draft and review contracts, MoUs, and legal documents

• Identify and mitigate legal and governance risks
