Role Summary
Provide strategic and technical leadership for financial management, procurement, and asset governance of ORDA’s social enterprises and investment portfolio, ensuring financial sustainability, transparency, and value for money.
Key functions
- Lead portfolio-level financial oversight of ORDA’s social enterprises and investments
- Manage dividend flows from social enterprises and guide reinvestment decisions
- Lead financial appraisal of new social enterprise and investments and expansion initiatives
- Provide financial input to enterprise feasibility studies and business plans
- Oversee procurement and capital asset acquisition for social enterprises
- Ensure proper management of enterprise properties, fixed assets, and capital equipment
- Coordinate with ORDA Operations on shared procurement, logistics, and asset systems
