Role Summary

Lead social enterprise development, investment pipeline management, portfolio-level planning, performance monitoring, and reporting for ORDA’s social enterprises and investments

Key functions

• Lead development and incubation of new social enterprises and investments
• Support expansion and efficiency improvement of existing social enterprises and investments
• Lead feasibility studies, market assessments, and business planning for investments
• Lead preparation of portfolio-level strategic and annual plans for social enterprises and investments
• Coordinate preparation of periodic portfolio performance reports (quarterly, semi-annual, annual)
• Establish and manage regular performance evaluation and feedback mechanisms for enterprises
• Support partnership development and investment structuring
• Work closely with Finance and Assets Division on financial appraisal and investment decisions
• Coordinate with ORDA Programs on identification, studying and implementation of potential social Enterprises
