Role Summary

Provide independent assurance, audit, and risk oversight for ORDA’s social enterprises and investments

Key Functions

• Lead internal audits of social enterprises and investment activities

• Develop and oversee enterprise risk management frameworks

• Assess financial, operational, legal, and compliance risks

• Monitor grant and donor compliance within enterprise operations

• Report audit findings and risk issues to management and shareholder committee  

• Follow up on implementation of audit and risk mitigation actions
